END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
between How To Gurus and its Licensors (collectively "Licensor") and
Consumer ("You")

THIS LICENSE RELATES TO ALL COMPUTER SOFTWARE, AND THE ACCOMPANYING USER DOCUMENTATION CONTAINED ON THIS CD  (THE "PROGRAM"). THE PROGRAM IS COPYRIGHTED AND LICENSED (NOT SOLD) TO YOU. BY USING THE PROGRAM, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT REPRESENTS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LICENSOR CONCERNING THE PROGRAM.

You agree not to save, download, cut and paste, sell, license, rent, 
lease, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display,
publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivitive works from 
materials, code, or content on or from this product. In addition, use 
of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted
is prohibited.

The purchaser of this disk is licensed to use this product on one 
computer only. This disk may not be copied in whole or in part, nor 
may it be copied onto any other media, including copying onto a
networked computer or server. 

Network License:
If you purchased a Network License for this product you may copy
the product in its entirety on to a private network server. You may
grant access to the network copy to your employees and co-workers
over the private network. You may not copy the product onto a
public network, such as the internet, where the general public can
have access to the product.
